The food is offered to you at no charge; however we do levy a very small Administration charge to cover our costs. We are a non-profit Christian organisation, a UK registered charity (#1111931), and we are committed supporting you and other 3rd Sector organisations in their work.

Basically, we take tons of food described as 'excess' by manufacturers and transport it to our warehouse in Liverpool. From there we make it available to churches and charities working with people in need and distress.

Some of the food has a short 'Best Before' date but typically most has between 1 and 6 months. Other items may have spelling mistakes or minor manufacturing anomalies. See website for more details.

]]>2010-07-23T10:41:06ZSince the Tsunami we have been to India on ten occasions with another trip due in October 2010.....since the Tsunami we have helped to rebuild orphanages, schools, old folk's homes and have set up two ladies ( mainly widows ) self help groups.
We pay for the education for over 600 children and we have seen another 500 children leave our orphanage at Gopal Rao and go into higher education, many are in university and are hoping to become doctors, social workers etc.
On our next trip in October we will be overseeing the opening of 5 new schools in remote villages where the people are 100% illiterate all paid for by the friends of Vision For Mission.
We work with Muslim, Hindu and Christians organisations across southern India.
We have recently applied for charity status as our work is becoming larger on every trip and we need all that charity stus will give us to ensure that the work will long continue.

3-in-1 Publishing's first publication went 'live' on 01 October 2009 with a FREE downloadable E-zine called '3-in-1 The Voice'. The response has been tremendous with hundreds of thousands accessing the site since then. In response we now have additional 3-in-1 Supplements, 3-in-1 The Child's Voice and most recently 3-in-1 The Man's Voice. Our aim is to give up-and-coming and established Christian writers an opportunity to share with you the reader their life experiences, stories and poetry, published in some instances for the first time.

In March 2010 3-in-1 Publishing twinned with Richard Kays and Dreams for Living TV, which boasts 80 million viewers per week, to bring a brand new page called IN FOCUS INTERACTIVE. This enabled us to reach an even wider audience and because of the response we created a new page in conjunction with Metro Ministries called INTERACTIVE INSIGHT, with snippets of life-changing 'online teaching' from Pastor Bill Wilson.

But it doesn't stop there, we now have PODCAST BROADCAST which enables our readers to listen online to teachings and sermons of some of our featured guests from 3-in-1 The Voice, and therefore the vision continues to grow...

3-in-1 Publishing makes absolutely no money from this venture, everyone who contributes their time in publishing, design, distribution, columnists and guests does so voluntarily.
